正在柬埔寨進行的万人迷東南亞U23錦標賽上 ，老撾U23隊連續擊敗馬來西亞隊 、创老曆史性首次殺入四強 ，挝历引發東南亞足壇強烈“地震” 。史美為鼓勵老撾U23隊能夠更進一步，女足老撾美女老總 、球老號稱老撾“萬人迷”的板重皮濟卡·邦光已經決定開出4000萬老撾基普(折合人民幣2.2萬元)的重獎 。
這位美女老板是队图老撾超級聯賽俱樂部萬象聯合俱樂部的老板 ，據稱是万人迷一位瘋狂的球迷，同時因為長相漂亮 ，创老被譽為“大眾情人”，挝历有“萬人迷”之美稱 。史美老撾境內的女足球迷也親切地稱她為“波夫人(Madame Bo)” 。她除了是球老萬象聯合俱樂部的老板之外 ，還是板重越南當地一家房地產公司的負責人 ，公司除了開發地產之外 ，還涉足房產的租賃、酒店與公寓的經營 ，另有大型連鎖商場 。這些經營業務足以確保其正常運營足球俱樂部 。
