今年夏天，还靠梅西以自由轉會的梅西方式從巴薩加盟巴黎 。梅西的赚钱巴黎球衣被賣爆 ，但巴薩也還在靠他賺錢。上季售通常情況下 ，签名球衣球員在離隊之後，高达老東家會降價盡快賣光他的巴萨相關周邊產品 。但以梅西的还靠地位 ，巴薩並沒有打折 ，梅西而是赚钱反而將阿根廷人的周邊產品提高了賣價 。
《阿斯報》指出 ，上季售巴薩官方商城內 ，签名球衣如今仍然在出售梅西的高达簽名球衣和簽名隊長袖標 。梅西上賽季的巴萨簽名球衣 ，官方賣價為1170歐元 。按照目前匯率 ，約為人民幣8430元 。梅西與哈維 、伊涅斯塔聯合簽名的13/14賽季球衣 ，賣價則高達2950歐元 ，約合人民幣21257元。這件球衣 ，真可謂是天價了 。
梅西的簽名巴薩隊長袖標，目前的售價為643.5歐元，約合人民幣4637元 。盡管梅西已經離開巴薩四個多月了 ，但他還在用自己的方式為俱樂部“做貢獻” 。巴薩顯然也不急於降價清空梅西的相關周邊 ，巴薩非常清楚 ，梅西這些周邊隻會隨著時間的流逝而越來越珍貴 。畢竟，梅西是巴薩曆史上最偉大的球員 。
