胡璿彧在個人社交媒體寫道 ：
我是汉长前武漢長江足球俱樂部U19 、U21體能教練胡璿彧 ，江梯今已经欠從2021年4月至今已經欠薪18個月 ，队教截止到今天俱樂部沒有人與我聯係 ，练至且未補發我任何工資 ，讨薪導致我無法保證正常生活開銷 ，前武被迫無奈 ，汉长我今年通過相關部門討薪 ，俱樂部負責人表示不接受調解處理 ！希望大家幫助一下我 ！我書麵合同截止到2021年12月31日 ，實際工作到2022年4月才被迫辭職 ！原因一 ：從2021年4月就開始欠薪 ，至今未發 ，生活無法維持 。原因二 ：2022年4月份突然告知續簽合同條件是下調薪資30% ，我本人作為武漢人 ，真心希望武漢的足球俱樂部越來越好 ，望理解。
