4.放入預熱好的烤箱180度烤約6分鍾 ，至吐司表皮酥脆 、蒜香四周金黃 。黄油
5.烤吐司的時候準備配料 ，先把雞蛋在不粘鍋裏攤成蛋皮。
6.把蛋披 、紫甘藍 、生菜依次切成絲，然後用筷子稍微拌一拌混合 。
7.鋪上適量配菜在烤好的吐司片上 。
8.擠上適量適合自己口味的沙拉醬 。
9.撒上烤香的杏仁片和白芝麻 。
10.蓋上另外一片吐司片即可 。
