6.把蛋披 、紫甘藍 、生菜依次切成絲，然後用筷子稍微拌一拌混合。
7.鋪上適量配菜在烤好的吐司片上 。
8.擠上適量適合自己口味的沙拉醬。
9.撒上烤香的杏仁片和白芝麻 。
10.蓋上另外一片吐司片即可 。
