北京時間2月27日，官方管理英超切爾西俱樂部發布官方聲明 ，阿布老板阿布拉莫維奇委托切爾西慈善基金會負責和管理俱樂部。委托
阿布拉莫維奇在聲明中表示 ：“在我執掌切爾西的西慈近20年裏，我一直認為自己是善基俱樂部的監護人。我的金会俱乐工作 ，是负责確保我們像今天這樣成功以及建設未來，同時在社區中發揮積極作用 。官方管理”

目前 ，俄羅斯和烏克蘭兩國爆發衝突 ，有英國議員表示，應該沒收阿布在英國的財產，不允許他再擁有切爾西俱樂部 。不過法律專家表示 ，這不會影響切爾西俱樂部的正常運營 。
