北京時間11月24日消息 ，本泽凡爾賽地方法院公布了對“錄像門”案件的马被谋罪判罰 。本澤馬被判犯有企圖勒索的判企同謀罪 。本澤馬最終被判監禁緩刑1年 。图勒罰款75000歐元 ，索同同時也是年缓最高罰款 。
主審法官表示 ：“本澤馬並不知曉敲詐過程中的刑罚所有細節 ，但確實參與了該計劃 ，款万並在同謀的本泽鼓勵下使用了欺騙手段試圖實現目的 。”
