茄子怎麽做好吃
魚香茄子
材料:茄子500克,样做又健青紅椒、美味薑 、好吃蒜、样做又健蔥、美味豆瓣醬、好吃油、样做又健鹽 、美味澱粉 、醋、糖、麻油適量

做法1、茄子切條 ,放入鹽水中浸泡十分鍾 ,撈出瀝幹水分,撒一些幹澱粉拌勻;
2、起鍋熱油炸茄子片刻盛出;
3、再起鍋熱油放薑蒜爆香後加豆瓣醬翻炒;
4、放青紅椒和炸好的茄子同炒;
5、加鹽 、澱粉、生抽、老抽、醋、糖、麻油翻炒均勻即可。
蒸茄子
材料:長茄子2根,蒜5顆,醋2湯勺 ,生抽1小湯勺,香油幾滴
做法1.長茄子兩根(很多家庭不削皮,但是我考慮到現在蔬菜的農藥汙染,我還是把皮削了,吃上對自己負
責一些)然後把茄子切成2段,中間在來一刀 ,放到盤子裏就可以了。
2.上蒸鍋蒸15分鍾 ,基本就蒸熟了 ,涼後絲成小條.一般現在的茄子蒸完都有水 ,可以控出去一些.

3.倒一些生抽,一小勺子就夠 ,放上蒜沫 ,後到醋,比生抽的量多一些 ,在放幾滴香油2克鹽攪拌均 勻就可以吃了.
4.另外:可以切一些青辣椒絲和蒸茄子伴一起味道也很讚!但是要後放 這個是原味的 ,還可以伴芝麻醬 ,也不錯的說!
