據意大利媒體《米蘭體育報》報道 ，意媒若帕爾馬主帥馬雷斯卡下課 ，若帕那麽前廣州隊主帥卡納瓦羅 、尔马尔洛此前離任尤文的换帅和皮皮爾洛、以及加圖索都有可能成為帕爾馬的卡纳新帥 。
上賽季 ，瓦罗帕爾馬從意甲降級 。接任今夏 ，意媒“小將”布馮離開尤文 ，若帕回歸帕爾馬 ，尔马尔洛但新賽季帕爾馬開局戰績慘淡 ，换帅和皮目前7輪比賽過後 ，卡纳僅積9分 ，瓦罗排名意乙第12名 ，接任距離獲得升級名額還有很大的意媒距離 。其中 ，帕爾馬主帥馬雷斯卡的執教能力也遭到外界質疑 。
