Medellin's mayor Federico Gutierrez called the rapper a "scoundrel" arguing he should've brought flowers to the victims of violence in the city.
。

"It shows that this guy has never had to suffer from the violence inflicted by these drug traffickers," Gutierrez said.
。

Escobar, who died in a shootout with authorities in 1993, terrorised Colombia in the 1980s and 1990s and is responsible, along with his Medellin cartel, for the deaths of about 4,000 people. 。
