相逢很難 ，告別不易 。城官在這個略顯蕭瑟的训总寒冬 ，我們要遺憾送別富力青訓廣州梯隊總教練菊原誌郎先生 。教练菊原家庭他因疫情及家庭原因將回到日本 。志郎
菊原誌郎先生在2018年1月正式加入富力青訓大家庭 ，离任與我們一起經曆了一段美妙的因疫原因旅程 。從初接手時的情及慢慢適應 ，到帶領隊伍一鳴驚人闖入決賽卻遺憾旁落 ，道别再到卷土重來贏得青運會金牌 。广州最後轉變身份，城官從隊伍主教練轉型至青訓總教練，训总構建富力青訓的教练菊原家庭規劃 ，並與我們一起將富力的志郎足球理念傳播開來 。進校園推廣、离任給社會青訓機構的教練員培訓 、
社會公益交流……我們總能看到菊原先生的身影 ，看他微笑又認真地與小朋友 、教練分享足球的快樂 。
或許這就是一個足球人對於足球 ，對於青訓純粹的愛吧 。這應該也是富力和菊原先生能一起共事的原因 ：『認認真真 、踏踏實實植根青訓』 。
喊口號總是容易的 ，但堅持很難。尤其在足球寒冬的當下 ，更難 。十年飲冰 ，難涼熱血 ！
前路雖崎嶇 ，至少我們富力仍在堅持 ！
最後我們衷心感謝菊原誌郎先生為富力青訓和足球文化推廣所作出的貢獻 ！遺憾因為疫情及家庭原因我們要暫時道別，不過待春暖花開時 ，我們定有緣再相逢 ！
