北京時間1月31日上午11點 ，12強賽越南vs中國的洛国李霄賽前新聞發布會在越南河內召開 。中國隊主教練李霄鵬和歸化球員洛國富共同出席發布會 。鹏借李霄鵬也確認 ，名字洛國富將會在與越南隊的祥寓比賽中首發出場。
李霄鵬說 ：“洛國富明天肯定會首發，中越之战帶來來出席發布會，洛国李霄也有借他名字的鹏借寓意 ，祝福祖國繁榮昌盛 ，名字國泰民安的祥寓意思。”
