另據港交所文件披露顯示 ，股恒港元Xin Xin (BVI) Limited 、大股丁玉梅 、份变許家印於11月25日合計賣出36億股中國恒大股份 ，继续每股平均價格2.23港元 ，许家现亿變現80.28億港元 。印出
其中 ，售亿纾困許家印及其妻子丁玉梅合計賣出24億股中國恒大股份 ，股恒港元變現53.52億港元。大股
據中國財經網報道 ，份变知情人士透露 ，继续許家印此次變現所得的许家现亿26.76億港元將全部用於公司紓困 。
此前 ，據第一財經從接近恒大的資本圈知情人士處獲悉 ，7月以來 ，為了維持集團流動性 ，許家印已透過變賣個人資產或質押股權等方式籌集資金 ，累計已向集團注入超70億現金 ，維持龐大的恒大的基本運營。
據港交所文件披露顯示 ，此次交易完成後 ，Xin Xin (BVI) Limited的持股比例降至61.88% 。許家印在恒大的持股比例從76.96%降至67.87% 。丁玉梅在恒大的持股比例從76.96%降至67.87% 。
截至今日（11月26日）收盤 ，中國恒大股價報2.5港元/股 ，跌幅為10.39% ，最新市值330.11億港元。
