1.魚處理幹淨之後用少許鹽 、胡椒粉醃至少兩小時以上更加入味 。小海
2.1熱鍋倒入橄欖油把魚放入 。
3.2煎之前沾上一層薄麵粉 。
4.兩邊煎至金黃色 。
5.熄火撒上孜然以及少許鹽 。
6.再把香菜蔥放入攪拌均勻上碟 。
