據悉 ，曝江該律師團隊代理員工方已經在上午，苏队诉球涉案赴南京市玄武區勞動人事爭議仲裁委員會，工起對俱樂部拖欠工資（2021年前3個月） 、队求獎金（2020年）、补偿經濟補償和二倍工資等提起仲裁。金额這8位員工各項訴求涉案總金額為3,超万053,122元 。其中經濟補償是曝江最大的一筆 ，總額超過200萬元人民幣 。
律師團隊介紹雙方的爭議主要在於解約的賠償問題 ，蘇寧一開始用N+1進行談判 ，後來改為N+3 ，這個賠償一並包含了所有的數目（欠薪 、獎金、經濟補償等等） 。其中的N是以蘇寧集團入駐後員工的就職時間長短 ，換句話說最長也就是5年的工齡。這對於不少已經在球隊工作了十多年甚至二十年來說的老員工是無法接受的 。另外俱樂部從舜天時代起，長期在社會保險費繳納、住房公積金繳納方麵尚存在不規範行為。
