北京時間9月8日淩晨 ，官方个人国意甲球隊那不勒斯在官網宣布，因西原因球隊的涅因前鋒因西涅因為個人原因退出本期意大利國家隊 ，這意味著因西涅不會參加北京時間明日淩晨對戰立陶宛的将退世預賽 。
意大利在九月份的出本國際比賽日的前兩場比賽中都獲得了平局，其中與保加利亞踢成1-1，期意而與瑞士踢成0-0平 。大利队雖然未能在這兩場比賽中輸球，官方个人国但是因西原因兩場平局的結果讓意大利球迷非常失望 。
