LONDON -- A British model has hit back at a body-shaming troll with two powerful social media posts.

Last Friday, Lawrence shared a screengrab of an abusive comment she'd received from a troll on Instagram.
Credit: facebook/iskra lawrenceRather than ignoring the comment, though, Lawrence decided to hit back.
Taking the troll's line about "eating too many bags of crisps" as a starting point, Lawrence got creative.
"I'm sorry I couldn't help myself," she wrote on Instagram and Facebook as a caption to the following image. "This is for anyone who has ever been called FAT."
She also quoted what the troll had written about her, adding: "Thanks for the inspirational words on a recent pic."

Shortly after, she posted the following slow-motion video.
"I do not condone binge eating," Lawrence wrote as a post-script. "I eat whatever I want in moderation.
"I will eat crisps but I'll also make healthy home cooked meals and workout regularly. The message is who gives a F what anyone else thinks of you.
"YOU are the only one who decides your self worth."
