對於重慶隊現在的状态情況 ，魯蜜表示 ：“首先從股改的名新角度來看 ，重慶俱樂部跟大多數中超尋求股改的外援俱樂部是一樣的 ，目前股改的已基進展還屬於停滯的一個狀態，今天看訓練的本确情況 ，球隊的曝重人員規模還是比較龐大的 ，上一期訓練有很多試訓的庆队球員過來 ，然後今天留下了一部分 ，股改合同正在洽談的处于過程中 。新賽季重慶隊肯定會以年輕球員為主 ，停滞天津隊的樸韜宇來也是來訓練已久 ，還有四川隊過來的南鬆 ，留隊的可能性比較大 ，因為現在距離轉會窗關閉還有那麽長的時間 。”
對於重慶隊新賽季的參賽情況，魯蜜表示：“重慶隊現在訓練人員還基本上都是全華班 ，沒有外援到來，新賽季會給圖爾蘇諾夫和大摩托報名 ，再進行三個位置的外援引進 ，在這裏也跟大家透露一下 ，這三個外援其實都基本確定了人選 ，而且人都在國內 ，這支球隊無論如何在新賽季還會繼續運行下去 ，也算是要活著 ，才能等待股改的最終結果 。”
