《足球報》稱 ，连人历史大連人不打算“內外有別” ，今年绝球隊本年度沒有任何欠薪 ，欠薪球员欠薪萬達集團在支付二次轉會窗的已多数費用時也強調要做到內外無差別，即使離隊球員也要根據仲裁結果按規定給付 。據了解 ，目前隊內球員曆史欠薪的30%部分，絕大多數已經支付。
《足球報》隨後介紹了大連人的外援引進流程，在謝暉提出位置需求後 ，俱樂部進行人員資料搜集 ，謝暉也可以提出人選 ，然後俱樂部組織專業人士進行評估，再呈交給謝暉和專家組後決定是否引進球員 。
