《足球報》隨後介紹了大連人的外援引進流程 ，在謝暉提出位置需求後 ，俱樂部進行人員資料搜集，謝暉也可以提出人選 ，然後俱樂部組織專業人士進行評估 ，再呈交給謝暉和專家組後決定是否引進球員 。
