奧地利足協表示 ，家队兼任雙方簽約兩年 ，曼联若球隊能闖入2024歐洲杯正賽 ，官方顾问合同將自動延長兩年 ，朗尼利国直至2026世界杯 。执教在此前結束的奥地世預賽歐洲區附加賽的比賽中 ，奧地利1-2不敵威爾士無緣晉級附加賽決賽 。家队兼任
