我要评论LONDON -- Nobody likes to receive a letter that's both damaged and delayed, but when it's accompanied by the following explanation -- well, there's really not much you can do to argue.

The explanation was, at the very least, a bit unexpected.

"First time I have ever seen anything like it," they wrote in a separate comment. "The post box was out in the middle of nowhere so maybe that had something to do with it."
