在股改毫無進展的情況下 ，河北隊新賽季很可能仍舊由華夏幸福集團繼續獨家操盤運營 ，省裏給一定的讚助扶持 。一旦如此，河北隊的國內球員將麵臨更大幅度的更新換代 ，也將全麵以年輕球員為主來征戰聯賽 。
