1.鴨肉切丁，辣椒切絲 ，炒鸭切點蒜片 ，双椒蒜片有生薑再切點生薑 。炒鸭
2.先炒鴨肉， 。
3.淋上醋去腥 。
4.再放點鹽炒勻 ，淋上醬油炒幹水分 。
5.炒幹水分 ，將鴨肉炒熟 。
6.再放進辣椒絲和蒜片 ，薑絲 。在辣椒再放點鹽讓辣椒入味 。
7.再混炒。
8.調點味精 ，放點清水燒開出鍋。
9.裝盤上桌。
