對陣如下 ：
濟南賽區 ：山東泰山vs南通支雲 、杯抽廣州隊vs青島青春島 、连人武漢隊vs丹東騰躍 、对阵东队队同青島隊vs昆山隊；
梅州賽區 ：梅縣球鄉vs河南嵩山龍門 、国广州重慶兩江競技vs武漢三鎮 、赛区廣州城vs成都蓉城、足协足山北京國安vs四川九牛；
長春賽區：長春亞泰vs浙江隊、杯抽上海申花vs四川民足 、连人滄州雄獅vs淄博蹴鞠、深圳隊vs陝西俑士超越；
大連賽區 ：大連人vsU-20國足 、天津津門虎vs北京北體大 、河北隊vs陝西長安競技 、上海海港vs西安駿狼 。
第一輪比賽將於10月13-15日進行 。
