喬文科出道於尤文青訓營 ，除了尤文之外，他在意甲還效力過恩波利 、帕爾馬等球隊 。2015年1月19日，喬文科加盟美職聯球隊多倫多FC ，他開始了自己長達7年的漂泊生涯。喬文科在多倫多FC效力了4個賽季 ，然後又在沙特球隊阿爾希拉爾效力了將近三個賽季。自從去年8月開始 ，喬文科就沒有再踢過正式比賽 ，如今他重返意甲與桑普簽下短約 。
喬文科的目標 ，是幫助桑普完成保級任務 。意甲後3名球隊降級 ，桑普目前積23分排名倒數第五 ，隻比降級區高出了5分 。
