2021年3月29日下午，落定中國足協正式發布2021賽季三級聯賽俱樂部準入名單。北京保名中超方麵，国安天津津門虎“死而複生” ，获官獲得了新賽季中超資格，宣中性名上賽季冠軍江蘇隊則無緣準入，全部滄州遞補征戰新賽季中超。尘埃成功出炉

在三級聯賽準入名單中，落定中超為16支球隊，北京保名中乙為18支球隊，国安中乙則為23支球隊。获官

上賽季參加聯賽的宣中性名“江蘇蘇寧、泰州遠大、全部內蒙古中優、尘埃成功出炉北京人和、深圳壆崗、江蘇鹽城鼎立”等6支球隊未獲得2021賽季職業聯賽參賽資格。

此外，備受關注的各個俱樂部中性化更名一事也塵埃落定，在足協公布的這份準入通知中，所有球隊都以新名稱展示，並標注上了曾用名稱。老牌勁旅北京國安隊在最後一刻“保名”成功。
