It's one of the signature characters from Brooklyn-based former street artist Brian Donnelly, better known as KAWS.
Donnelly has made a name for himself professionally with his limited edition toys and clothing, most of which feature his skull-and-crossbones designs on cartoon characters like Snoopy and Mickey Mouse.

All the merchandise was sold out within two-and-a-half hours.

Organisers from Central Embassy told Mashablethe queue had started in the early hours of the morning the day before, and stretched to over 500 people by the time the store opened at 10 a.m. Thursday.

Bangkok consumers have been known to get pretty excited about limited edition goods, and KAWS has been enjoying a thriving fan base in the pop culture obsessed capital.
