But in news you'll be delighted to hear, Netflix has surprised us all by making the first four episodes of the seventh and final season available to stream.
Filming of the final season of Marta Kauffman and Howard J. Morris' comedy, which stars the legendary Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin, was halted in March 2020 due to COVID-19.
The remaining 12 episodes of Season 7 will be released in 2022, with dates yet to be announced, but hopefully these four episodes will tide us over until then.

Despite being an unlikely friendship match, Grace Hansen (Fonda) and Frankie Bergstein (Tomlin) bond over their shared heartbreak and life upheaval, becoming closer and closer and eventually launching a business together.
