今日訓練課開始前 ，恢复深圳隊在會議室進行了動員大會 ，为主俱樂部管理層發表動員講話 ，深足首日並提出接下來的结束假期基地目標和要求 。下午5時 ，训练訓練開始 。备战今日訓練內容以體能恢複為主 。恢复在隊長郜林的为主倡議下 ，隊員們首先圍成一圈相互鼓舞士氣 ，深足首日訓練在歡快且認真的结束假期基地氛圍下展開 。
重新集結的训练第一天 ，風和日麗 ，隊員們先是進行了拉伸訓練 ，隨後分組進行跑步恢複。訓練結束後 ，不少球員繼續回到健身房加練 。
在接下來超過一個月的比賽間歇期裏 ，深圳隊將逐步加大訓練量，持續進行高強度訓練 ，爭取以最好的狀態在足協杯中爭奪佳績 ，為中超第二階段爭冠組比賽做好充分準備 。
