1.黃油室溫軟化
2.加入糖粉
3.打發至細膩光滑的狀態
4.分次加入蛋液
5.攪打均勻
6.加入香草精
7.攪打均勻
8.將黃油蛋糊分成等重的兩份 ，其中一份篩入175g低粉
9.揉成光滑的原味麵團
10.另一份篩入160g低粉和15g可可粉
11.揉成光滑的可可麵團；將兩種麵團分別用保鮮膜包好放入冰箱 ，冷藏約1小時
12.取出冷藏好的麵團，分別墊著保鮮膜擀成厚度約為3mm的心心相印麵片——原味麵片
13.可可麵片
14.用餅幹模壓出形狀——原味餅幹坯
15.可可餅幹坯
16.擺放入烤盤時將原味和可可味麵坯中央的心形交換放置
17.送入預熱好的烤箱中層，180度烘烤約10分鍾 ，曲奇原味麵坯變色即可
