11.揉成光滑的可可麵團；將兩種麵團分別用保鮮膜包好放入冰箱 ，冷藏約1小時
12.取出冷藏好的麵團，分別墊著保鮮膜擀成厚度約為3mm的心心相印麵片——原味麵片

14.用餅幹模壓出形狀——原味餅幹坯
15.可可餅幹坯
16.擺放入烤盤時將原味和可可味麵坯中央的心形交換放置
17.送入預熱好的烤箱中層 ，180度烘烤約10分鍾 ，曲奇原味麵坯變色即可
