據多個信源透露稱 ，接盘近万中國香港明星林子祥葉倩文夫婦是郜林郜林豪宅的買家 。2016年 ，豪宅當時效力於廣州恒大的年净郜林花費4000多萬買下該房子 ，麵積為437平米 ，曝林4室2廳設計 ，祥叶當時的倩文市場價每平米10萬元，今年7月 ，夫妇郜林開價1.45億出售豪宅 ，接盘近万隨後降價至1.29億，郜林此番成交 ，豪宅6年淨賺將近9000萬 。
