2.油豆腐切開兩半 ，因為準備中間夾餡兒 ，儿油怕散開，豆腐要準備一點兒“綁繩”，我用的是泡開的幹貢菜 ，我想用海帶絲 ，長瓜絲也應該不錯 ，實在不成 ，就用點兒燙過的香菜梗什麽的應該也可以。把肉餡兒抹在一片油豆腐上
