5.1以中火將蒜 , 辣椒爆香 。
6.2起油鍋 。
7.1羊肉炒熟即可裝盤備用 。
8.2再將醃好的羊肉放入 。
9.另起油鍋 。
10.放入蒜 , 以中火爆香 。
11.空心菜梗加入稍炒兩 , 三下 。
12.再加入空心菜葉 , 撒上鹽 , 胡椒粉。
13.空心菜快手翻炒熟即可 。
14.炒好的羊肉 , 空心菜拚盤即可 。
