2021中國足協杯第3輪具體賽程如下 ：
首回合 ：
10.23 15:30 山東泰山VS武漢隊（金州體育場）
10.23 19:30 河南嵩山龍門VS四川九牛（大連足球青訓基地）
10.24 15:30 上海申花VS深圳隊（金州體育場）
10.24 19:30 大連人VS上海海港（大連足球青訓基地）
次回合 ：
10.28 15:30 武漢隊VS山東泰山（金州體育場）
10.28 19:30 四川九牛VS河南嵩山龍門（大連體育中心體育場）
10.29 15:30 深圳隊VS上海申花（金州體育場）
10.29 19:30 上海海港VS大連人（大連體育中心體育場）
在角逐出4強之後 ，间敲第4輪（半決賽）兩回合時間為11月4日 、定山东泰8日 ，先出比賽依然是汉队在大連舉行 。而第5輪（決賽）則以單回合比賽進行決出冠軍 ，足协战开战武原定於11月13日或14日進行，但經過綜合考慮 ，能夠讓參加世預賽12強賽的國腳參賽 ，因此 ，足協杯決賽定於明年1月中超聯賽結束後進行，具體時間和地點待定 。
