15.包好的餛飩擺放在簾子上
16.味汁材料都放入小碗中
17.攪拌均勻
18.篦子上刷一層油
19.把餛飩擺放在篦子上
20.放入已經燒開的蒸鍋中
21.加蓋大火上汽後蒸4-5分鍾
22.關火後立即取出餛飩 ，盛入碗中 ，淋入調好的味汁即可食用
