Sometimes a regular pizza just isn't enough. A new burger-pizza hybrid by Domino's combines two of the world's most popular fast foods to create the ultimate guilty pleasure pairing.

It is burger-sized but comes in a small pizza box. Unlike a regular burger, it doesn't have a patty, but is filled with pizza toppings such as herbs, vegetables, tomato sauce and mozzarella, sandwiched between two buns. According to Domino's, these are oven-baked, instead of being fried like a burger.
The BurgerPizza comes in a vegetarian and chicken variant, with prices starting at Rs 89 ($1.3). It will be available at all the Domino's restaurants across India, but there are no details about its international release yet.
"The BurgerPizza has been specifically designed for the Indian palette," Dev Amritesh, President, Domino's Pizza India, said in a statement. In the past, Domino's has localised its pizzas for India by introducing customised toppings such as spicy banana, cottage cheese (paneer), minced meat (keema) and tandoorichicken.
Early reviews for the BurgerPizza have however been mixed.
