1.準備材料 ，分別稱重放置
2.全蛋打入盆中 ，一次性加入白糖 ，做法快速攪打
3.把大蛋盆放在熱水中進行打發 ，直到提起打蛋器，干海糕滴落下來的绵蛋蛋糊不會馬上消失 ，且蛋糊中呈現清晰紋路即可
4.分三到四次加入過篩後的麵粉 ，用橡皮刮刀小心從底部往上翻拌 ，切忌畫圈攪拌
5.在攪拌好的麵糊中加入植物油，繼續攪拌幾下
6.模具內部塗抹一層薄薄的黃油備用
7.將麵糊倒入模具內八分滿 ，表麵撒上浸泡過的葡萄幹
8.烤箱預熱180度 ，中層 ，烤製15~20分鍾
