1.準備好所有原料

7.2魚膠粉放入涼開水中泡發 ，隔熱水融化後和酸奶混合均勻 ，這時候酸奶液比較稀 ，入冰箱冷藏一會備用 。
8.把打發好的奶油和酸奶混合
9.把混合好的鮮果放入做法8混合
10.做好的鮮果慕斯分裝慕斯杯中 ，墩兩下震出氣泡。
11.做好的鮮果酸奶慕斯杯放入冰箱冷藏4小時以上就可以品嚐啦~~~
12.吃的時候在慕斯上麵點綴五彩巧克力 。
