對於球隊目前的氛圍 ，韋世豪則點評道：今年都是年輕球員 ，所以訓練也比較輕鬆 ，年輕球員有互動 ，比較輕鬆 ，不像之前壓力挺大的 ，我們的任務也是更多的幫助他們成長 。
