檢察機關在審查起訴階段，嫌受依法告知了被告人董文勝享有的贿案訴訟權利 ，並依法訊問了被告人 ，公诉聽取了辯護人的天津泰达提起意見 。天津市河東區人民檢察院起訴指控 ：被告人董文勝作為國家工作人員 ，检察机关俱乐利用擔任天津濱海新區公共交通集團有限公司黨委書記、依法董事長 、对前董文總經理 ，部董天津泰達足球俱樂部有限公司董事長、事长胜涉總經理等職務的便利 ，為他人謀取利益，非法收受他人財物 ，數額特別巨大 ，依法應當以受賄罪追究其刑事責任。(天津市人民檢察院)
