據英國媒體《太陽報》報道 ，曼聯名宿吉格斯在與前女友分手後，吉格兩人依舊為寵物狗的斯和所有權一事而爭吵不休 。
據悉 ，前女权吉格斯和他的友争前女友都想擁有6個月大的寵物狗Mac ，兩人之前甚至還買了一隻名叫Atlas的吵竟小狗 ，用來陪伴Mac玩耍 。为宠物狗
有消息人士稱 ，曼联名宿“吉格斯和前女友在和Mac的吉格相處中收獲了很多快樂 ，後來他們又養了一隻狗 ，斯和所以Mac也有了自己的前女权玩伴 。但是友争他們現在有了分歧 ，是吵竟把兩隻狗養在一起 ，還是为宠物狗兩人各帶走一隻狗 。”據悉，曼联名宿兩個人都想要帶走兩隻狗狗 ，誰也不肯對此讓步 。
此前 ，46歲的吉格斯和前女友凱特一直居住在他價值170萬英鎊的豪宅裏 。不過 ，去年11月 ，吉格斯被曝家暴女友 ，之後兩人就分手了。吉格斯還因涉嫌襲擊前女友而被捕 ，目前正在保釋中 ，後續是否要麵臨指控還未可知 。
36歲的凱特已經帶著狗狗搬離了吉格斯的家 ，吉格斯也辭去了威爾士主教練一職 ，但他否認了那些控訴 。
