深圳市足球俱樂部與何塞·卡洛斯·格拉內羅（José Carlos Granero）外教團隊的合同於2021年12月31日到期，雙方經過友好協商決定不再續約。主教张效助理教練張效瑞即日起代理深圳隊主教練一職，练卡洛斯理主指揮本賽季最後兩輪比賽。下课
