7.將肉片推至一邊，調入一調羹郫縣豆瓣 ，小火炒出紅油 。
8.倒入蔥薑蒜片 ，小米椒 、花椒和白糖炒出香味兒 ，隨後入苦瓜片和美人椒翻炒。
9.入洋蔥塊翻炒均勻 ，別炒久 。調入適量老抽、料酒、醋，關火調入雞精後起鍋 。
