北京時間1月9日 ，中国足协曾狂赚亿中國足球協會第十一屆會員大會第二次會議在成都召開。两年會議審議並表決通過了協會工作報告 、净亏財務報告 、中国足协曾狂赚亿執委會成員變更報告，两年根據足協副秘書長赫曉峰所做的净亏《2019 、2020年中國足協年度財務報告》 ，中国足协曾狂赚亿2019-2020兩年 ，两年足協淨虧損5000萬人民幣 。净亏
根據這份報告 ，中国足协曾狂赚亿2019年度協會各項收入合計8.2億元，两年費用支出8.6億元 。净亏2020年度各項收入合計4.6億元 ，中国足协曾狂赚亿費用支出4.7億元 。两年赫曉峰在財務報告中也表示 ，净亏2022年 ，協會將繼續加大商業開發力度 、強化預算管理 、優化資源配置、推動內控建設 ，確保協會健康可持續發展 。
中國足協之所以出現連年虧損 ，與聯賽版權出現壞賬以及防疫投入有關 。據業內人士分析，相關版權商受財務問題所累 ，2019賽季聯賽版權費用出現拖欠 、無法全額支付的情況 ，目前相關官司還在審理過程中 。2020賽季 ，聯賽受疫情影響 ，采用賽會製 ，防疫投入巨大 。
與之相比 ，2017年中國足協收入達7.6億元 ，成本為5.9億元 ，單賽季狂賺1.7億 。而2018年收入8.4億元 ，成本為8.1億元 。兩年淨賺2個億 。（搜狐體育 裴力）
