As the Senate debated about whether (or rather when) to repeal the Affordable Care Act, Sanders decided to hold Trump accountable to the thing he promised the over 61 million people who voted for him. 。

"I was the first & only potential GOP candidate to state there will be no cuts to Social Security, Medicare & Medicaid. Huckabee copied me,” Trump tweeted in 2015. 。

And for Mr. Trump to tell the American people that he will veto any proposal that cuts Medicare, that cuts Medicaid or that cuts Social Security.”
