10.一邊倒水 ，一邊攪拌 ，中間可停止倒水 ，慢慢攪拌，適量在調整水量 ，將麵粉拌成大小合適均勻的麵疙瘩；
11.鍋中湯沸騰後 ，下入麵疙瘩 ，並迅速攪散；
12.再次燒開後，下入蝦仁（去掉薑絲）；
13.再次沸騰後 ，加入適量鹽調味；
14.趁沸騰時 ，打入雞蛋，推出蛋花；
15.加入另一半蔥花和蒜末，推勻；
16.關火 ，滴入幾滴芝麻香油即可 。
