12.再次燒開後 ，下入蝦仁（去掉薑絲）；
13.再次沸騰後 ，加入適量鹽調味；
14.趁沸騰時 ，打入雞蛋 ，推出蛋花；
15.加入另一半蔥花和蒜末 ，推勻；
16.關火 ，滴入幾滴芝麻香油即可。
