其實到底要給寶寶蓋多少被子並沒有統一的合适答案 ，因為每個地方的宝宝溫度都有可能是不一樣的 ，甚至如果隔得遠 ，睡觉少被地方之間還有季節的盖多差異，有些地方可能給寶寶蓋一張被子就足夠了 ，但是有些地方卻可能需要很多 。但是不管需要多少 ，通常隻要能讓寶寶的身體變暖就可以了 ，不能過多也不可以太少。

給寶寶蓋被子的時候要注意什麽:
1 、在給寶寶使用被子的時候 ，家長最好是選擇比較能夠透氣 ，並且沒有那麽重的被子，這樣 ，寶寶呼吸的時候就可以更加的順暢了 ，並且被子的材質一定不能會讓寶寶過敏 。當發現寶寶會出汗的時候 ，家長就要給寶寶減少一點被子了 。

2、家長們一定要注意給寶寶蓋被子時候 ，不要把寶寶的頭也蓋住 ，一般隻要蓋到寶寶脖子的位置就可以了 ，不然一不小心就很有可能會讓寶寶沒有辦法呼吸。
