1 、在給寶寶使用被子的時候 ，家長最好是選擇比較能夠透氣 ，並且沒有那麽重的被子 ，這樣 ，寶寶呼吸的時候就可以更加的順暢了 ，並且被子的材質一定不能會讓寶寶過敏 。當發現寶寶會出汗的時候 ，家長就要給寶寶減少一點被子了 。
