2021賽季中乙1-2名直接升入中甲；2021賽季中甲17-18名與中乙3-4名打附加賽，前升勝者進入中甲 ，超中超敗者進入中乙 。联降级
2021賽季中乙23-24名直接降入中冠；2021賽季中冠1-4名直接升入中乙；2021賽季中乙21-22名與中冠5-6名打附加賽 ，赛升勝者進入中乙 ，规则敗者進入中冠。
2021賽季 ：中超16隊、中甲18隊 、中乙24隊
2022賽季 ：中超18隊 、中甲18隊 ，中乙24隊
