An Australian boy's simple acts of kindness are going a long way.

Campbell Remess is a 12-year-old boy from Tasmania, who's been making teddy bears for sick children by hand.。

Under the name Project 365, he's aiming to create one fluffy present a day for kids in hospital, and making a lot of people cry on social media in the process. 。

When Remess was just nine, he asked his parents if they could buy Christmas presents for kids in hospital, but was told it would cost too much, according to a Facebook post. 。

So he decided to grab a sewing machine and make some toy bears on his own, spurning video games in favour of old fashioned stitching. 。

Three years on, Remess's little idea has garnered plenty of attention on the internet, especially in the last week after his story on TV program 。 The Feed 。 The Feed
