對於升班馬三鎮的欠薪中超處子賽季 ，馬爾康的不存好體驗不止來自球場內 ，“自從我去年加入武漢三鎮，中超镇工资奖球隊就對我十分關照 ，头号如今我在武漢的射手生活也十分開心 ，非常感謝球迷的武汉支持 。俱樂部管理層製定了嚴格的金都隊規 ，球隊管理有序 ，無論是工資還是獎金 ，都能按時發放 。我想俱樂部的所有球員 ，在這裏都非常開心。我們也會用自己的表現去回報俱樂部和球迷 。”
