本周一 ，西媒《巴黎人報》表示 ，拉莫黎执巴黎聖日耳曼內部已開始質疑簽約拉莫斯的斯正決定 ，並且不排除未來與其提前解約的处于惩可能 。但一天之後 ，保护被严《世界體育報》就表示 ，期巴巴黎無法與拉莫斯解約 ，意解约球員目前正處於保護期 。西媒
《世界體育報》表示 ，拉莫黎执拉莫斯身邊的斯正人士告知他們 ，巴黎不會終止與拉莫斯的处于惩合同 ，並且在任何時候都不會出現這種狀況 。保护被严球員的期巴合同 、法國方麵的意解约法律，使得巴黎無法與拉莫斯解約 。西媒如果巴黎一意孤行 ，除了要賠付違約金外 ，俱樂部還會遭到嚴厲的製裁 ，其中就包括在連續兩個完整的注冊期內 ，俱樂部被禁止在國內和國際賽事注冊新球員。
《世界體育報》指出 ，根據國際足聯的相關規定 ，拉莫斯正處於保護期中 。拉莫斯與巴黎簽訂的是一份為期兩年的合同 ，而合同的前三年 ，即為合同保護期。另根據相關條例 ：“在任何情況下 ，終止合同的一方都有支付賠償金的義務，具體賠償金額以規定為準 。除非合同中另有規定 ，否則將考慮國家立法 、運動特點和其它客觀標準 ，來進行計算賠償金額 。”
